Coaching Services

Coaching Services

Our coaching services offer time completely dedicated to yourself. You will have the space to connect with your thoughts and behaviour, recognise where you are currently and where you’d like to be in your professional and personal life.

Within sessions you are encouraged to open your mind and focus on what is important to you, to accelerate your confidence, productivity and success. Coaching is an empowering experience that will aid you in identifying the changes you need to make to become the person you want to be.

Perhaps you have taken on a new role in your organisation, you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to devote your focus, feeling out of your depth in meetings, struggling to manage your team, facing the dreaded ‘Imposter Experience’ and generally feeling unsure about whether this is the right role for you.

Whatever it is that you’re feeling stuck with, we work with you to take a step back and assess the key areas in which you require change and improvement, explore what needs more time and dedication, and discover how you can achieve these changes and improvements successfully. Strategies are innovated and ways to move forward are recognised and implemented through achievable action plans to see the changes you desire.

As the coach, we will work alongside you; you set the end goal, the direction and the pace. We will walk alongside you to aid you in new thinking, gaining powerful ideas and finding the answers you need to achieve your goals. We respect and trust that you know your own answers, even at times when you believe you don’t. All coaching sessions are led by you, we help you find the solutions within you to move forward.

We offer coaching sessions face to face either at your workplace, at our private coaching room in Wombourne, or as a walking coaching session locally. We also offer sessions virtually or via telephone, to suit your needs
