Our coaching services offer time completely dedicated to yourself. You will have the space to connect with your thoughts and behaviour, recognise where you are currently and where you’d like to be in your professional and personal life.
Within sessions you are encouraged to open your mind and focus on what is important to you, to accelerate your confidence, productivity and success. Coaching is an empowering experience that will aid you in identifying the changes you need to make to become the person you want to be.
As the coach, we will work alongside you; you set the end goal, the direction and the pace. We will walk alongside you to aid you in new thinking, gaining powerful ideas and finding the answers you need to achieve your goals. We respect and trust that you know your own answers, even at times when you believe you don’t. All coaching sessions are led by you, we help you find the solutions within you to move forward.
We offer face to face coaching sessions in the privacy of a peaceful, relaxed and confidential room at Village Therapies, 2, Carriers Fold, Church Road, Wombourne, WV5 9DH. Alternatively we offer coaching sessions via Zoom/video call or telephone which bring just as much benefit as face to face sessions.
Mindset Coaching Programmes
3-month Transition Programme

It can be tricky to navigate through change, it may impact our confidence, self-belief and we may experience stress or self-doubt as a result. Having regular mindset coaching sessions offer you the time and space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour as you move through change, to ensure you are feeling at your best.

This programme works with you to enable you to navigate through these bigger changes with confidence, solution-focused thinking and practical options to put into practice. We often face ‘road blocks’ when moving through change. We help you tap into your most resourceful self to find the solutions you can implement to move forward with confidence and self-belief.

Individual Mindset Coaching Sessions
If you are looking for a less structured approach, we offer individual mindset coaching sessions, which you can book as and when you like. We all work at different paces, so we are happy to work with you in this less structured way if it’s what suits you best.

Within this consultation we will discuss your background, goals, expectations and ensure we can work well together. This consultation is really important to ensure our coaching style is most suitable for your needs and that coaching is the right way forward for you. After this consultation, you decide whether you’d like to go ahead with coaching sessions. If you decide you would like to work with us, we will schedule the first session from there.
