We offer a transformative journey of growth and leadership development through our group coaching sessions.

Our group coaching sessions, with a maximum of 6 leaders in each group, offer a unique opportunity to engage in rich coaching conversations that expand perspectives and spark new ideas.
These sessions create the space for you to:
– Actively participate and elevate your coaching skills by practicing asking great coaching questions to help one another with the challenges you face.
– Bring challenges, people problems and dilemmas to a safe space to explore your thinking and find solutions to take away and put into action.
– These newfound coaching skills will not only benefit you but will also empower your team as you add them to your leadership toolkit back in the workplace.

With 6 group coaching sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and professional skills development. Our first session, extended to 2 hours, is dedicated to understanding the essence of coaching before diving into the group coaching practice.
