Bring your lunch to the fabulous venue West Midlands House (Gipsy Ln, Willenhall WV13 2HA) to network with other professionals and learn about crucial elements of wellbeing encompassing the biological, psychological and social factors. You will leave with a deeper understanding of your own wellbeing, as well as strategies to implement into daily life to help effectively manage your wellbeing. Only £100 for all 4 sessions.
